PRENATAL SERVICES

Diana provides movement classes (fusion of yoga and corrective fitness) and health coaching services to prenatal women. Her mission is to empower women to be informed, be prepared, and be more in control of their health!


With pregnancy, there are no guarantees, but there are things you can do to ensure it is as easy a journey as possible: getting appropriate exercise, proper nutrition, and having a stress management plan in place are critical for the health of mom and development of your baby(ies).

Prenatal Health Coaching offerings

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Email support and guidance between sessions
  • Helpful handouts specific to your needs and goals around common symptoms including low energy, nausea, and managing cravings
  • Simple healthy recipes that may help with pregnancy aliments that come up during different times in your pregnancy
  • Helpful resources to the leading healthcare providers
  • Receive support and information to help you prepare a birth plan
  • Self-care and relaxation techniques for labor and birth
  • Exercise recommendations designed for YOUR needs
